Field Trip

 Waterfall - Objective

The droplets of water fall into the river below, echoing throughout the Japanese Garden. The waterfall peaks out behind multiple trees, almost hidden by leaves that hang before it. The water in the river races around the rocks that act as obstacles to the oncoming mini flood. When standing close enough to it, the watery smell is almost overwhelming, as it makes one think that they are standing over a massive lake. 

Benteen Do - Subjective

The bright red roof celebrates its colors by overlooking the garden surrounding it, it's colors only being comparable to the bridge horizontal from it. The beams stick up on the roof looking as if it was skateboard ramp, ready to send someone into the sky. The culture that this building brings to a foreign land that's "culture" is to do stupid dance moves for an app is unbelievable. Memories of playing video games as a youth pour in as I stare at the Japanese hut, remembering the time I had to go back in time to ancient Japan on my PlayStation 3 to save the future.
